For my Thanksgiving stay at the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel, I was delighted with the excellent service and facilities. The indoor swimming pool stood out as the highlight for me, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location was perfect, and the room was beautifully clean and spacious. The lobby area was inviting and comfortable, and the option for spa treatments added an extra touch of luxury. The staff, though a bit understaffed during check-in, were overall excellent.
